This is your chance to own 1/13th share of an oceanfront condo at the beach for a fraction of the cost of whole ownership! Dues include all anticipated taxes, fees, utilities, insurance and cleaning and maintenance costs. Each Owner has a week in the Winter, Spring Summer and Fall. The weeks rotate forward 1 week every year.
